Parallel Lane Model

Projects should be independent enough to move at speed, but standardized enough to be governed consistently.

Each project lane should:

• reference shared resources instead of copying them
• inherit compliance rules instead of redefining them
• maintain its own deliverables and progress state
• hand off approved outputs into galleries
